The drawing skills of the Disney artists always amazed me. I never realized how much observation and research was needed to execute such beautiful landscapes, characters and animals. To this day, I never underestimate the need for research and numerous sketches and redraws to execute an accurate drawing. I have a deep appreciation for any artist who exhibits this much dedication for the craft.
